It has been noted that there are Ugandan troops crossing into Kenya to help kibaki suppress dissent against his illegally constituted government.
From telephone conversations with people from the border communities and a corroboration from the standard newspaper article, these allegations appear to be true.

ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENT KIBAKI SHOULD STOP ABUSING THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF KENYAN CITIZENS AND SHOULD STOP USING UGANDAN TROOPS.
KENYANS WILL HOLD HIM AND UGANDAN PRESIDENT PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF THESE ACTIONS.
