Tropaquatics vs. Town of Gilbert
Tropaquatics is a family owned business, established more than 30 years ago. Our primary focus is the distribution of aquarium pet fish to local stores in the metro Phoenix area. We are not an Aquaculture business. There is no raising, breeding, or harvesting taking place what so ever in our garage. Our business consists of shipping and receiving.
We receive prepackaged fish in self contained boxes then repack them for distribution to stores. Yes, we do have fish tanks in our garage and a truck much like a UPS or FEDEX van is used to deliver them. The impact to the community is non-existent.
Neighbors of Agritopia we are asking you to sign this petition to affirm that Tropaqatics is not negatively impacting the community; that you support keeping Tropaquatics operational in the detached garage of our residence at 2874 E. Agritopia Loop.
