Objectives:
1. To promote the conceptual imperatives of the Rizalian-Originated Philippines-Statehood-USA proposition while negating various objections to the issue.
2. To actively campaign for the adoption of Philippines-Statehood-USA by both the government of the Philippines and the United States of America along mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
3. Proactively to conduct fund raising activities with which to financially support the various programs of this party vis a vis its Philippines-Statehood-USA agenda.
4. To organize party organizational memberships in all levels and sectors of Philippine society.
