To get an ill man into Ireland for treatment and to live his life in safety and peace with his fiancee

Max is a poor man from India, he is very ill and needs proper medical attention, which he cannot get in India. He is engaged to my sister Mary, but the government will not allow him into Ireland as he is a poor man from one of the top ten countries banned from entering Ireland.
Max has never done anything wrong in his life, before he became ill, he worked very hard to earn money for his mum and dad. But because he is poor he is not welcome into Ireland. However last year Enda Kenny gave visas to rich men from the top ten banned countries in just one day, because they could pay thousands of euro to buy the visas.
So if this is how Ireland works by allowing poor people to die and then help rich people do we really need a government like this? So I am asking for your help to get Max into Ireland.
We the undersigned, call upon Taoiseach Enda Kenny and the Irish Government to help bring Max to Ireland for medical treatment and to be with his fiancee Mary to live a safe and peaceful life together for however long they have left together.
