نحن الأمازيغ الموقعين على هذه العريضة أسفله ،
نعلن للرأي العام الدولي ، و الأمازيغي بأمراكش " المغرب" رفضنا التام لكل السياسات المخزنية العروبية الممنهجة و الهادفة إلى التلاعب بالمسار النضالي الأمازيغي الذي قطعته الحركة الأمازيغية بمناضليها الأحرار الذين ضحوا بأرواحهم و بحريتهم من أجل إعلاء الصوت الأمازيغي الحر ، و ندين بشدة كل أشكال الإستغلال من طرف النظام المخزني و أذياله من أجل جعل قضيتنا المقدسة من أجل الأمازيغية مطية لبلوغ أهداف سياسية و شخصية ضيقة ، و إن أية محاولة تهدف إلى إحتواء الشأن الأمازيغي و زخمه النضالي بأي مبرر من المبررات ، من قبل الأحزاب المخزنية العروبية الإنتهازية و المصنوعة من قبل النظام الحاكم بالمغرب ، ستؤدي إلى عواقب وخيمة لأننا لن نتنازل عن تراكمنا النضالي و تاريخه النير ، و سيتم الكشف في كل حين عن أي طرف يريد النيل من النضال الأمازيغي الراديكالي ، و لأننا كأمازيغ سبق لنا و أن رفضنا رفضا تاما لما جاء به الدستور الممنوح الذي تناول بطريقة غامضة القضية الأمازيغية نظرا لغياب إرادة سياسية تهدف إلى الرقي بالأمازيغية إلى المكانة المنوطة بها ، التي ولدت من رحم المجتمع الأمازيغي و تطلعاته ، و لكل هذه الأسباب لن نسمح للإنتهازيين الذين قبلوا بالدستور الممنوح أن يخوضوا في نقاش تفعيل الأمازيغية ، الذين هم في الواقع مجرد دخلاء عليها و بيادق مخزنية ، وقد حاربوها لعقود طويلة ، و اليوم بعدما استيقظ الشعب الأمازيغي للمطالبة بوطنه ، وبلغته ، وهويته صارت تلك الأحزاب تتكالب من كل صوب وحدب ، للتدخل في الشأن الأمازيغي للعمل على عرقلة العجلة الامازيغية التي تدور بقوة رغم انف المتمخزنين، ولهؤلاء نقول أن الأمازيغية ، و الأمازيغ لن يقبلوا برأي أو قرار أحد من هؤلاء في ظل الدستور الممنوح ، لأن الأمازيغ الحقيقيون سيناضلون إلى غاية تحقيق الهدف الأمازيغي ، و استرجاع كل الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الأمازيغي المضطهد عبر التاريخ ، التي تستمد شرعيتها من الإنسان و المجال الأمازيغي و اولها علمانية الدولة و فصل السلط و إستقلال القضاء و رفع الحيف و التمييز المضروب على الشعب الأمازيغي ، و ذلك بإحترام جميع المواثيق الدولية التي تهم مجال إحترام حقوق الإنسان في جميع المجالات ، و كذا إنتزاع حق الشعب الأمازيغي ، في كل بقاع تامزغا في تقرير مصيره عبر القوانين و الضوابط المعمول بها دوليا في هذا المجال . مع وجوب تأكيدنا انه من غير إطلاق سراح معتقلينا حميد أعضوش و مصطفى اوسايا لا مجال للحديث عن أي رد اعتبار للأمازيغية.

Nous tenons à déclarer à l'opinion internationale et AMAZIGHE au Maroc , notre refus catégorique de toutes les politiques systématiques, makhzeniennes et panarabistes, qui visent à se jouer du parcours militant du Mouvement Amazigh et ses militants qui ont sacrifié leurs libertés afin de lever haut la voix Amazighe libre, et nous dénonçons fermement, toute forme d'exploitation et de prédation sur la Cause Amazighe, sous aucun prétexte que ce soit, notamment de la part du régime makhzenien et ses sbires afin d'asservir notre cause sacrée à leurs vélleité d'atteindre leurs objectifs politiques et personnels, très limités, et toute tentative quoi viserait à contenir le militantisme Amazigh radical,

En tant qu'AMAZIGHS, nous avions, par le passé, refusé catégoriquement la constitution octroyée, qui aborde sans profondeur la cause amazighe , vu l'absence avérée de la volonté politique de promouvoir l'identité amazighe et lui donner toute sa place dans notre société d'aujourd'hui.

De fait , nous n'accepterons JAMAIS que les opportunistes, peu scrupuleux, qui n'hésitent pas, à l'occasion, à se trahir et à accepter une constitution octroyée , se mêlent du débat sur la problématique de rendre effective la constitutionalisation de tamazight , vu qu'ils sont des étrangers à cette cause , et ils l'ont combattu pendant longtemps. Aujourd'hui, après que les AMAZIGHS se soient réveillés, pour revendiquer leur citoyenneté, pleine et entière, le droit à leur propre langue, et leur identité, des partis politiques, ont surgit de partout, pour se mêler de la cause amazighe et mettre les bâtons dans la roue amazighe qui tourne en dépit des esprits makhzeniens.

A ceux-la, NOUS, disons, que l'amazighité et les Amazighs, n'accepteront JAMAIS les orientations et les "visions" politiques de ces partis politiques , dans le cadre de la constitution octroyée, car les authentiques AMAZIGHS se battront jusqu'au bout, jusqu'a la satisfactions de l'objectif amazighe et la récupération de tous les droits légitimes , qui tire son essence d'un sécularisme qui traiterait les membres de la société sur le pied d'égalité, séparation des pouvoirs, l'indépendance de la justice, la levée du blocus imposée, depuis des siècles, sur l'amazighité, la stricte application de toutes les conventions internationales en matière de respect des droits humains, dans tous les domaines, et en particulier, le droit du PEUPLE AMAZIGH à l'autodétermination au Maroc et dans TAMAZGHA et notre déterminer.

We would like to declare to the international opinion and Amazigh in Morocco, our categorical rejection of all systematic makhzenian and pan-Arab policies, which aim to play the course Amazigh Movement activist and activists who sacrificed their freedom to raise high Amazigh free voice and we strongly condemn any form of exploitation and predation on the Amazigh cause, under any pretext whatsoever, including the Makhzen regime and his minions to enslave our sacred cause to their inclination to achieve their political and personal limited targets, and any attempt which aim to contain radical Amazigh militancy.

As we had in the past, We, AMAZIGHS, , refused categorically the granted constitution, which deals with the Amazigh cause without depth, given the proven absence of political will to promote the Amazigh identity and give it its rightful place in our today's society.

In fact, we do NOT accept the opportunistic, unscrupulous, who did not hesitate, on occasion, to betray and to accept a granted constitution, mingle at debate on the problem of making effective the entrenchment of Tamazight since they are foreign to the cause, and they fought for a long time. Today, after the Amazigh are awake, to assert their full citizenship, the right to their own language and identity, political parties have emerged around to meddle in the Amazigh cause and put a spanner in the Amazigh works, despite makhzeniens minds.
To those ones , we say, Imazighen, do NOT accept directions and "visions" of the political parties within the framework of the constitution granted because genuine Amazigh beat up after, until the satisfaction of the Amazigh objective and recovery of all legal rights, which draws its essence of secularism which treats members of society on a footing of equality, separation of powers, independence of the judiciary, the lifting of the blockade imposed for centuries, on the Amazighity, the strict application of all international conventions on human rights in all areas, in particular, the right of the PEOPLE AMAZIGH to self-determination in Morocco and our TAMAZGHA and our determination until Hamid Addouch et Mustapha Oussaya will be free
