Time for a Park area on Ohls St.

Background (Preamble):
This undeveloped area is presently being used by kids riding dirt bikes and ATV's. There are no other places to ride these vehicles besides public streets which is a hazard because of cars. Presently this is a dangerous situation because there are no lights, fences, and no rules or regulations regarding permited activities. The lack of upkeep of this area has resulted in a dumping ground of broken glass and trash.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, want a safe, clean, restricted area for the youth of the neighborhood to play and ride. We want a Park area on Ohls St.
