Background (Preamble):
The resident at the beginning of our road - Old Tar Landing Rd - feels the need to enforce that "his property" line actually runs into the middle of "our road" Old Tar Landing. The North Carolina Department of Transportation came out and looked at the road, stated that there are state rights of way and that we needed to have the property surveyed.
Our mail boxes were moved to the other side of road WITHOUT our permission therefore it creates a problem not only for the residents of Old Tar Landing Rd but the mailman as well because there is not enough room for cars to get in and out of the road. We would like for our mail boxes to be put back, in their spot.

Petition:
We would like for our mail boxes to be moved back to their origional places. We would also like for the logs to be moved because they are taking up too much of our road and it poses a danger to anyone who is trying to turn on Old Tar Landing because there is not enough room.
