Background (Preamble):
With the growing number of Powder Horn property owners we feel it is time to increase our recycling efforts.
We are asking the Sheridan Recycling Department to install a recycling drop center on Powder Horn property.
This will allow all Powder Horn Property Owners as well as neighboring property owners to have a more convenient and user friendly recycling center.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the County Commissioners and Sheridan City Council to allow the Sheridan City Recycling Department to collect recyclables from the County at selected areas including The Powder Horn.
