Petition Background (Preamble):
December 4th, 2006 marked the arrival of Drew W to our organization. His demeanor was pleasant and quiet, so much so that his colleagues failed to take notice of his name. Things like "hey you", "you there, uhm...", "oh crap, what's his name" and "you know, the new guy sitting in Mr. X's spot" slowly evolved into "hey, new guy".
We feel that the application of the label "The New Guy" should remain, in perpetuity, with Drew W, despite the imminent arrival of new staff.
