Mr. Vinh Tan Nguyen, Case # A027-359-701

Because, the value of the richly American humanitarian cultures, and the solid meaning of a Freedom and Democracy foundation of the United States of America.

I, the Undersigned hereafter on this petition, would like to urge the US. House of Congress. Please consider to having an immediately humanitarian action to nullify a Removable Order, which has been issued by an U.S Immigration Judge on August 5th 2009 against Mr. Nguyen Tan Vinh, a Vietnamese national political refugee, who has also been a U.S permanent resident since 1985. Mr. Nguyen is a political activist who has been fighting for Democracy and Human Rights for Vietnam.

Given to that Removable Order, the life of Mr. Vinh Tan Nguyen is being endangered when he is deported back to his original country of Social Republic of Vietnam, where torture and oppression still exist daily.

Your merits are tolerable based on these good reasons:

1) Therefore, Mr. Nguyen is an U.S. permanent resident (not an illegal Alien), which has all of his intermediate family members are living and working in the U.S.

2) Therefore, Mr. Nguyen is a political activist, who risks his life to challenge and seeking for Freedom and Democracy for his Vietnamese people, those are suffering under communism in Vietnam.

3) Therefore, on September 14th 2001 the U.S. House of Representative had passed a bill, “H.R. 2833-An Act to Promote Freedom and Democracy to Vietnam.”

4) Therefore, the Spirit of Liberty and for the souls of nearly 59,000 American men and women who have sacrificed their lives to fight communists in Vietnam but without accomplish mission.
