Term limits for all senators and congressmen/women

The only way we are going to get anywhere with our state officials is to make sure they serve no more than two 4 yr terms in office in order to keep government fresh with new points of view and show these slackers what it feels like to have to really look for a job!

Maybe they will be a little less careless with their policies if such policies are soon to apply to policy makers (themselves).

Also there should be no life time salaries but possibly 2 yrs paid till they find work.
