Anyone that commits either of these acts should be sentenced to Life without parole, or Death. We should not give second chances to these people if there is reliable DNA and hard evidence. No deals or plea bargains in these cases should be offered.
We need to get people to stop and think on the streets before they do anything, and take the heat off Police agencies, who are often forced to re-arrest people who have committed these crimes.
