Petition Background (Preamble):
In early 2011 the Board of Adam Smith College received information under the Public Interest Disclosure Act, a law which protects individuals from victimisation.
This information outlined a culture of bullying and harassment by a small group of senior members of college staff. The Board of Governors launched an investigation which resulted in enough evidence being gathered to launch a formal disciplinary procedure against two Executive Directors.

Petition:
We the undersigned express our support for Staff at Adam Smith College in their fight against a culture of bullying and harassment.
We further call on the Scottish Government to suspend the Principal and Vice Principal and initiate an independent investigation into governance at the college.
