S. 711 will help ensure that every member of the Armed Forces who is deployed in connection with a contingency operation has access to multiple in-person mental health screenings before deployment, post-deployment and every year following the deployment.

We, the undersigned citizens of the State of Oregon, do hereby support SB 711 (the Post-Deployment Health Assessment Act of 2009) and strongly support its passage into law for the benefit of all men and women in our Armed Forces.
