Support Opening of CCC and Free Computer Classes in Spanish/English

Petition Background (Preamble):
The City of Oceanside along with the Oceanside Public Library have been known for providing computer services to its community.
Due to budget cuts, the Oceanside Computer Community Center was shut down and a lot of people were fired. This is unacceptable in many ways:
1) Many people were left without a job;
2) Many Oceanside citizens were left without computer services;
3) Many free services such as computer classes, use of a printing and scanning machines were not accessible to many citizens;
4) the list can go on and on.

Petition:
The citizens of Oceanside request to the City of Oceanside and to Mayor Jim Wood to reestablish the Oceanside Computer Community Center and all of its wonderful services.
We understand that there are limited funds to do this and that there are many other groups fighting for their own causes within the city. What distinguishes us from the other groups is that we have a unique way to raise funds but we would like support from Mayor Jim Wood.
Giovani Galicia will be our point of contact since he will be presenting this unique way to raise funds to Mayor Jim Wood for us.
