Due to the recession, the Nazko Loggers fear for their employment status. These are the subjects that concerns them the most.

1- Keep them up to date on all decisions that will effect them, their opinions count.

2- Hold meetings with them so they can vote on changes.

3- Equipment break down is very expensive, unable to properly maintenance heavy equipment do not operate the equipment.

4- Training of new, younger employee, the trainer must hold proper certification in order to train.

5- Nazko Loggers are a team, encourage them to work together and decide on how they will work productively.

6- Band Logging vehicles, assist loggers to work and should not be used for pleasure use, otherwise, if break down occurs, they are liable for repairs.

We the undersigned, call on the Nazko First Nation
(Chief and Councel) to eliminate the unfair decision-making that affects the Nazko Loggers' employees, without consulting with them and receiving a yes vote on decisions being made, regarding their employment restructuring of their daily schedules.
