Existing laws are failing to tackle issues associated with the growing problems of dangerous dogs in Colchester.
The law needs to protect people from attack, fear, intimidation, and in extreme cases, being mauled to death.
We are concerned that recent attacks have left Colchester people in fear.
We, the undersigned, to call for the Dangerous Dogs Act to be used effectively to protect residents and other pet dogs from attack.
