Background (Preamble):
A group of bloggers known as Bloggers 13 proposed to the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA) to deregulate the Internet. Their proposal included a request to to abolish the Class License Scheme (1996) and all other Internet-related regulations. They proposed the Internet Content Consultative Committee (IC3) to act as form of community moderation.

However, their proposal was ignored by MICA.

We feel that this proposal by Bloggers 13 is a valid one, and is worthy of government reconsideration.
