A petition to implement a law of animal rights especially for dogs. Some of the people in Philippines especially countryside or provinces still eating dog meat.
Mayor, Committee or baranggay haven't seen that they trying to implement not to kill the dog just for a meat.
Also they did not bother to start educate the people about these precious animals.

We concerned citizen of Philippines wish to start implementing in the countryside of different provinces and educate people not to kill the dogs just for their meat.
