It only takes 3/4 of the State Legislatures to pass this amendment into law... an amendment such as this would be considered veto proof and can not be appealed by the Supreme Court based on Article V which is the power and mechanism to amend, when necessary, the United States' guiding document.
The 28th Amendment proposal states the following:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the U.S. that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives".
The S. J. Resolution 19 Junction should regulate the raising and spending of all money contributions for all elections by limiting the big $$$ influences from corporations or individuals with a cap amount.
Term limits should be enforced for 12 years. Two terms of (6) years for Senators and six terms of (2) years for representatives, if they're re-elected, with a 12 year gap before starting the process all over.
All Congressional pay increases should be based on the Consumer Price Index or 2.5% with salaries distributed only while serving in office.
All pending legislation should be transparent by creating a political website nationwide that can be viewed on a state by state basis regarding - Health Care, Medicare, Social Security, IRA's, Pension Plans, etc...before and after being passed into law.
