Dence Green is not getting new railings again this year, Dence Green is always the last to have work done, being in the center of the estate.
We the residents of Dence Green find this most unfair as we also have had our rent increased. It is also a possibility that we may not get the work done next year as any available money could be spent on kitchens and bathrooms elsewhere.

We, the residents of Dence Green, whish to notify Sutton Housing Trust of our anger at being left out of the new fencing scheme yet again this year and also with the possibility that we may not get it next year.
