Say NO to the Hills Shire Council accepting high rise development in quiet, residential areas!
Developers have proposed 10 five storey apartments with a total of 362 units in a new estate with 82 existing residential homes/homes under construction.
This will heavily impact us with;
TRAFFIC
NOISE
PARKING PROBLEMS
CONGESTION
POTENTIAL CRIME
LOWERING HOUSING MARKET VALUE IN THE GENERAL AREA
