Background (Preamble):
In India, educational institutions are seeking more fees from students.
Petition:
I am studying engg degree in tamilnadu. I am studying third year civil engg degree. Last year i stayed in college hostel, but this year i want to go out from the hostel. But the management says to pay Rs.29000 for vacating hostel. It is my father's one year income. So please anyone can help me for that, thank you.
