Background (Preamble):
Seeing a depression the government has been trying to cut to save money. But cuts should be an intelligent measure, not to our local library. Laptop use should be encouraged at all libraries.
Petition:
Allow people to use a laptop at the library.
We must be able to plug them to the mains. Also let's reduce the number to people that do nothing, to keep the library open for longer hours with less overheads.
We want changes that will lower current costs and improve the services.
