Background (Preamble):
The residents who live close to the railroad crossings are terribly affected by the train horn noises every day and night.

Many cities acknowledge the problems; however, they don’t possess the money to address the issue as implementing the quiet zone is extremely complicated and costly.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the federal government to review the current quiet zone requirements, help cities implement them, and give cities incentives to enforce the policy.
