Background (Preamble):
Over 30,000 dogs get surrendered a year in Perth alone let alone any other state in Australia. It has to stop, animals are being euthanised for no reason at all accept people ignorance of making money out of these animals.
Only Registered Breeders should be eligible to sell puppies and kittens. It is wasting time and money to our shires chasing around after animals when they could be doing something much worse while.

To all animal lovers/breeders;
We the undersigned, call on all animal lovers/breeders to sign this petition to stop breeding in back yards ie mixed breeds when necessary and also selling animals in pet shops.
This will decrease the animals that are left roaming the streets and kicked out of their homes.
