Investigate the violation of my Human Rights!

From 1995 to 1999 to 2008 to this day and continuing, the government has condoned and shielded certain individuals who knowingly and willfully have surreptitiously engaged in acts that have damaged me physically, emotionally, financially, politically, legally and socially on the basis of race, color, place of origin and religiously! One of the guys in Sacramento arrogantly said to me when I complain, "What can you do about it?"

I have been subjected to physical and emotional assault. The Workman System was manipulated to my detriment. I was denied the retraining given to other injured worker with similar educational background. In a churches, people told me "We are Justice Department operatives, and CIA, FBI and Law Enforcement operatives. After my counselor informed me: "It has been decided your life span is seventy (70) years", I was given The Advance Directives. From 2008, my brain feels as if is on fire at the same time, I experience excruciating headaches, pounding in my head. I also feel nauseated, aching all over my body, including my muscles, flu like symptoms (feverishness). At 3.00 Am, I would wake up with a headache and pounding in my head and brain as if on fire, metaphorically. I am subjected to sleep deprivation and alienation. My computer, printer, TV, Microwave-all my electronic equipment are hacked and tampered with. Both my USPS and digital mails are intercepted and tampered with. In nutshell, my Human Rights and Civil Rights are being violated.

The aggressor declared an unjust war against me. I am not guilty of any crime. I am a law-abiding citizen, peaceful and caring gentle soul. The perpetrators see me as the other, not one of them. Their narrative is that I do not deserve the privileges and immunity the Constitution affords all us. They do not believe I deserve the freedom, dignity and opportunity our Bills of Rights affords all us! I appeal to the Government, all peoples of goodwill for redress of all the grievances I have declared in nutshell. Our free society allow us to possess a warm sympathy for the aspirations of all people everywhere to live freely and to recognize the natural interdependence of all the people of the world."
