Randolph Road has been dubbed a "shortcut" route between Dillard Road and Green Road. It has become a veritable racetrack for commuters, parents taking their children to and from school and others who wish to avoid the posted speed limit on Dillard Road.
Residents along Randolph take their lives in their hands whenever they leave their driveways as passing motorists often exceed 60 miles per hour and more in this residential neighborhood.
We fear for the safety of our children and loved ones.
We, the undersigned, call on Caltrans to post a speed limit on Randolph Road not exceeding 45 miles per hour.
