Every year 2 million cats and dogs are skinned alive in china. Animals on fur farms are raised for their furs. when it's time for them to be skinned they are stomped on or smashed on the ground. They don't die and are in pain from the broken bones that are a result of being smashed onto the hard ground. They are then hung by their feet, and have their legs cut of. Still alert and in even more pain their fur is ripped off their bodies while they scream in pain.
As if this weren't enough, they are then thrown onto a pile of bloody bodies some alive, some dead and left to bleed to death while they are in shock and screaming in agony from the pain.
We, the undersigned, call on the Chinese government to:
Make it illegal to slaughter cats, dogs and other animals by skinning them alive for their furs;
Make it illegal to abuse or mistreat animals in fur factories;
Ban cat and dog fur from being used in the manufacturing of products in china
Introduce severe penalties to enforce these laws.
