T&G Properties have closed off the right of way to Aughadahor Beach in Carrigart, Co Donegal meaning the only access route will be through their holiday village development at Cuan Na Ri where visitors will be charged a 'nominal fee for a day pass'. Generations have walked the right of way at Aughadahor to access this beautiful beach.
We demand our right of way be reinstated so we can again access our beach and that home and property owners can again access their properties via the Aughadahor Road.
Irish beaches are beautiful and should never be privatised. It might be our little beach today in Donegal but it could be your local beach tomorrow!
We the undersigned request that the Taoiseach calls on Donegal County Council to reinstate our right of way to Aughadahor Beach and surrounding properties.
