Under current the leadership of Ms. Nadine Lee and Mr. Bernard Jackson, Dallas Area Rapid Transit is leading all of it's loyal and dedicated employees into a wilderness of unsafe, unworthy, unfair and unattainable work practices.
The Employees of Dallas Area Rapid Transit have spoken and been ignored.
The Attorneys of Amalgamated Transit Union 1338 have spoken and been ignored.
This petition is a "call to action".

CALL TO ACTION:
It is ime for the entire collective of employees, patrons, and tax payers that WILL be affected by substandard services due to the forced modifications of the Hourly Employee Manual, Section 8.12 to DEMAND that Ms. Lee and Mr. Jackson STOP THE BREACHING PRACTICES OF SET AGREEMENTS IN PLACE, PERFORM IN AN HONORABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY FASHION THAT WILL ENSURE THE EMPLOYEES CAN CONTINUE TO WORK IN A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT BY CONTINUING TO WORK UNDER THE CURRENT 8.12 RULES OF THE H.E.M. (no changes), WITHOUT RETALIATION AND/OR INTIMIDATION. THE CHANGES BEING FORCED BY MS. LEE AND MR. JACKSON CAN AND WILL LEAD TO GREATER SAFETY AND LIABILITY ISSUES, STRESS AND MENTAL DYSFUNCTION, PHYSICAL INJURIES AND HIGH CASES OF SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT.
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, DO NOT AGREE WITH THE FORCED CHANGES TO THE DALLAS AREA RAPID TRANSIT H.E.M, SECTION 8.12, THAT IS BEING CREATED BY NADINE LEE AND BERNARD JACKSON.
