Background (Preamble):
Stop the use by people of phones in vehicles on our highways. The lack of attention to others around them make them a hazard on the road.
Petition:
To the relevant government authorities: The accidents on our roads prove that not everyone pays enough attention driving. The distraction of talking on a phone seems to make drivers more dangerous. Hand held vehicle phones should be banned.
