Background (Preamble):
The APBC condemns the widespread use of devices which deliver electric shocks to dogs for the purpose of training or curing behaviour problems. Their potential for misuse is high and they could easily cause considerable and unnecessary pain.
Confuses natural senses causing stress. I eye witnessed two dogs attacking a dog with a shock collar on. This dog could not defend himself. He was knocked down as the two repeatedly bite and ripped chucks of his sideout The blinking on his collar only enrage the attackers. How barbaric to even consider such a discipline.The visions are still fresh and burned into my memory.Man is far from dogs best friend with such ignorant choices. Please sign and make a difference.
