Adan Cruz Cabrera is my fiance and father of my son. He was detained on November 17, 2009 after taking a wrong turn while driving and ending up at the Department of Homeland Security.
Adan is NOT a criminal and he is a very hardworkingman, wonderful father, and giving, kind person. He doesn't deserve to be taken away from his family and his family doesn't deserve to have him taken away.
Please help!
We, the undersigned, call on the Immigration Judge to refrain from deporting Adan Cruz Cabrera and to accept that he pay a fine instead.
We ask that he be able to come home with his family where he will await his next hearing in which we ask that you do not deport him.
He has no where to call home in El Salvador especially now that the country has had a natural disaster and left many homeless.
