Gallagher Realty Group, LLC wants to build 34 townhomes along the wooded area behind Magnolia Avenue in Croydon, PA., and is asking Bristol Twp for a Variance to build. This will add an estimated 68 plus vehicles to our very small street and added congestion to the already busy Cedar Avenue, and train station. The loss of the wooded area could cause flooding and the extra homes would burden our already aged and collapsing sewer system. Please consider signing our petion to stop this new development or attend the zoning hearing at Bristol Twp municipal. 2501 Bath Rd, Bristol PA on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 7pm. Thank you!
