Background (Preamble):
Nobody seems to acknowledge how the young Aussies, Kiwis and South Africans milk this country. Nor does anybody realise how Antipodeans are perhaps the worst for tax dodging where their nomadic lifestyles makes them impossible to trace. How can those living in transit vans for instance be accountable for poll tax?
