According to the Palm Beach County Sheriffs office there are hundreds of accidents caused by young high school students texting and talking while driving.
Many lives have been lost and tens of thousands of dollars in property damage are lost every year.
We can do something to stop this from happening.
We the undersigned call on the Palm Beach County board of education to enact a rule where it be required that any student who desires to park on school property must install an APP on his or her smart phone that blocks all incoming and outgoing data while the car is in motion.
