Stop Suspension of licenses over child support issues

Men are getting license suspended due to unpaid child support but a driver's license for some men is their way of living. When taken away you are limiting and discourageing men from jobs and they are forcing young men into a life style that a lot of men don't want to live.

I have a friend that been down on his luck he was in foster care, he been homeless, no job no food, he made a turn for the better, he went to school for class A, he finished got good paying job a couple weeks later but they suspended his license license for unpaid support and he didn't get his first pay check he got fired. Now how is he going pay now? He is a good man and he gave up and now he wants to sell drugs to make a living and he tried so hard to stay away from crime.
