I have filed numerous of police reports pertaining to malicious vandalism in the H.U.D Multi Family Housing Division. I've only lived at this site for five months. I don't have a rapport with any neighbor (s). I don't know anyone here at all.
I have been advised to get a restraining order on the neighbor whom is responsible for our mental anguish. they have been tossing large objects at our doors / windows, leaving trash and alcoholic bottles on our porches at night, sometimes during the day. running on our porches opening our storm doors then running away. Also leaving broken bottles onto our porches.
Large groups of teens and adults smoking drugs and horse playing in our part of the yard. Management refusing to evict the families that are causing this type of violence. Management refusing to relocate or accomodate the victims. they call these low income housing sites "The Projects".
We the people want Malicious Vandalism, Stalking, harassment,threats assaults and home invasions to stop!!! We need the United States Lobbyist / Congress to pass a bill to toughen the belt on these types of crimes.
Detroit has the FBI highest crime rate in America right now. I live in Detroit, Michigan where crime is a sport to these occupants of Detroit. The small petty crimes can lead to someone getting shot or killed because of the parental negligence of the caregivers of these youth. And the gross negligence of H.U.D Housing.
So please we need these petitions signed by all those who can identify to this kind of problem.
