There are people in our small, friendly community that continue to dig through our garbage, whether it’s in our driveways or on the curb. It’s invasive and should be illegal and should be considered a crime.
Police have been called and they agree, but unfortunately they cannot do anything since this is not considered a crime, all they can do is speak upon deaf ears of these nasty bums who dig through our sometimes confidential and private garbage.
