Background (Preamble):
The Russian Government is trying to get rid of the emo/goth subculture by banning their style of cloths in schools and government buildings. It will also regulate websites that are dubbed as "emo" or goth.
If this bill is passes it will limit the ability for young people to express themselves; and also will give a foothold so that possible future bills that could regualte the style everywhere, and even stop this genre of music from being allowed in Russia.
They believe that getting rid of the subculture will stop people from self-harm and suicide, which is proven to be completely false.

We, the undersigned, call for the Russian Government to not pass the bill that will limit the emo/goth subculture.
We believe that everyone has the right to express themselves however they want, and should not be regulated.
