In my field of work as a Real Estate Agent, I see home after home, day after day, that have been destroyed by the previous Home Owner. The Repo alone brings down the value of Homes in the neighborhood where Homeowners are doing their best to hang on.
When the home is Vandalized, the property value is brought down even further for the neighborhood. This is a criminal act, and action needs to be taken against the Vandalizers so the neighborhood does not suffer any more devaluation in the value of their property.
Once Vandalism has occurred, they no longer meet FHA or Conventional Guidlines, Many of these homes are reduced another 50 to 100k to entice a cash buyer.
We need to create a Real Estate Advisor that documents and photographs the condition of the property at the time of Notice of default to explain the repercussions of vandalism to the defaulter. (We need an immediate bill to prosecute these vandalizers) This will save the bank and the neighborhood, 50 to 100 k per home, create jobs, and get property values slowly but surley back on the rise instead of the decline.

We the Undersigned, Call on President Barack Obama to address and act upon "Stop Repo Vandalism" This Intentional act further deflates property values and creates an undue hardship on homeowners in the neighborhood where the vandalism has occurred.
We feel concern and empathy for anyone who is in jeopardy of losing their home, but when they destroy the home intentionally, All homeowners and Neighborhoods suffer.
