My account was closed because QVC claimed I cancelled or returned too many items. Then they also closed my daughter's account simply because she was associated with me.
I believe this to be an unfair practice since they advertise a 30-day money back guarantee for all returns.
How can you know you will like something from seeing it on a TV screen. You can't touch the fabric, smell the perfume or see how something will look on you.

We, the undersigned, call on QVC to refrain from cancelling accounts simply due to frequent return or merchandise or cancelling of items.
