Revise the take offs from 10 pm to 7 am to 3,000 Feet AGL as prescribed by the ONCC's Fly Quiet Program

We, call on the FAA to revise the take off plates for the city of Park Ridge.

We call on the AGL 600' FAA G-Lakes Div to assist in this Noise abatement measure that would assist our community and the 6,000 impacted families.

Gate analysis shows that these flights are much lower than 3,000 Feet. Why ?
