Stop or Change Plans to Highway 16 Expansion

Petition Background (Preamble):
Alberta Transportation has decided that Highway 16 must be expanded to an eight lane highway, utalizing service roads on both sides. This will block off access to the north and south sides of the highway.
Thousands of men, women, children, businesses, clubs, lakes, campgrounds, ect. will be cut off from everything.
This will result in children not being able to attend various after school clubs, longer travel times (increased gas consumption), and a huge drop in local business profits and community efforts.

We the undersigned, call on the Alberta Government to STOP, or at least, change the proposed plans to expand highway 16.
