Background (Preamble):
Let's get the NS Government to stand up to the constant increases we are getting from NSPI, now with NewPage and Bowater getting breaks, the onus is on us the, people to make up for the difference. Bowater execs just got bailed out with millions and now they get a reduced rate and we get an increase.

We, the undersigned, call on the NS Government and the UARB to stand up to NSPI for once for the people of Nova Scotia.
With NewPage going, and now Bowater we will be asked to eat NSPI's losses from that industry, disgusting. WE HAVE TO SAY ENOUGH!! Hopefully all of us.
