Following the recently increased car parking charges in Mengham, Havant Borough Council are proposing to scrap the free parking for patients when they visit Hayling Health centre.
Not content with damaging our local Hayling Businesses and community with excessive car parking fees, the council are now proposing a new tax on the sick.
If like us you disagree with the proposed introduction of car parking fees for Heath Centre visitors, and the general increase in car parking fees, please sign the petition against these measures and request that your family and friends consider doing the same.
We the undersigned call upon Havant Borough Council to:
1) Scrap the proposals to introduce car parking charges for visitors to Hayling Health Centre.
2) reverse the recently increased car parking charges in Mengham.
3) Give serious consideration to a new 30 minute free of charge parking period in car parks in Mengham.
