Background (Preamble):
The New York State Law currently is written so that the record of a juvenile is sealed at the age of 18. This needs to end in cases of violent offenders! We need to alter the law so that violent offenders can carry there juvenile record after the age of 18. In order to protect ourself and our families.
In 2000-2001 we were raped and sodomized by a juvenile, for which he received 18 months in a juvenile detention center. This can not happen. He is currently able to become a teacher if he chooses. Would you want him teaching your children?

We the undersigned are demanding that the juvenile laws in New York state are changed and revamped to protect our children from juvenile paedophiles.
