There has been a primary school in our nieghbourhood for thirty or so years now, but in the past few years our street has become a target for people who come to pick up their children.
In doing so there seems to be a number of the parents/carers who park their cars over our houses road access which at the times of school pick up can have them leaving cars blocking our drive ways for anything up to thirty minutes.
There is a car park one hundred yards away from our street which should be used rather than our entrances.
We the undersigned have for some time now complained to the local council and the school about people leaving their vehicles unattended outside of our Properties, thus denying Access or exit to and from our Residences.
There has been no satisfactory conclusion to our complaints. We now feel that this is the only way forward to bring our concerns to the attention of the relevant authorities who can then take action and bring us the right of access to our properties without confrontation which sometimes happens.
