Navistar is now mailing their employee's checks. It is an issue due to employees never knowing for sure when they will receive their money they are entitled to. It's ridiculous because the are not guaranteed a check every week.. but if they don't work every week the WILL get fired.
Employees have car payments, house payments, grocery bills, kids to take care of, and due to non-payment to employees, its costing them their way of life. I think it's finally time for employees of Navistar to be able to speak their opinion.
It's time for some action to be taken instead of all employees being told " you will get your check SOMETIME"!
Please sign this petition if you are sick of being lead on about when you will receive your check. Everyone who signs this petition is asking that their checks be handed to the directly from their bosses and not mailed. It is an inconviencience that can and should be taken notice of.
Lately there has been little job security in this country.. but since people are back to work for Navistar the feeling should be voided but the people who haven't been paid have their families to worry about and with no income and a job its like you are working for absolutely nothing.
